"Chris, what an amazing quilt. They are so blessed to receive this.
Mary, hope Paul continues to heal and your quilt causes you pleasure as you quilt away. Looks beautiful.
I am hoping to make some progress tomorrow on my Winter Memories.…"
"Wow, I am not alone. I have a ton of Stash....when I get time I am going to put strings together and cut them in 6-1/2, 8-1/2 and perhaps 12-1/2 inch squares. Then I can add sashing and plain/accent blocks to them. Perhaps make lap…"
"Mary, sorry to hear about Paul. Sometimes our husband’s don’t listen. Hope he heals quickly, and glad you have the help of your grandson.
Everyone is doing so much and the quilts look wonderful. I have done nothing for…"
"Oh Kathy and Colleen, glad to hear you are making "some" recovery, albeit slowly. I know the frustration with my heel...will be 90 days since surgery on the 15th. Visit with doctor last week and he said I was doing good, I just…"
"Mary, that is amazing. Afraid my eyes and hands couldn’t manage that detail. But you appear to be a wiz.
Linda, love your block. You are moving right along.
Kris sounds like you will have an exciting time. Cannot get…"
"One more block to do and I can start assembly. Then I have a 2x2 border to make, single row, before final border. There are lots of embellishments to add after it is quilted, like Pom-poms and laces and eyelets, etc. Finished size is…"
"Linda, I am loving your Thimbleberries blocks. Fabric is great. Everyone is doing great, too, on their PHDs.

"Thanks for comments. Yes, Linda, it is called Winter Memories. It was started 2 years ago, so not one of my oldest. I wanted it to throw across sofa after the Christmas quilt is put away. Well, still working on it, but it…"

I am a crafter. I knit, crochet, sew (fun stuff, no clothes), and quilt. I learned to applique also and love to needle turn, but eyes are not as good as they were. Live in Sun City Anthem in Henderson, NV and belong to the Sewing Club, Arts & Crafts Club and Desert Quilters Guild.
I'm just one kitty shy of being a crazy cat lady. I foster orphan kitties for a rescue organization. I kept all four of my kitties the first time I fostered. I already had 3. I make tiny kittie blankie a with Minky swirl fabric for each kitty to take home. Next kitten season I'm sure I'll be a card carrying crazy cat lady.
Looks like the "friending" worked, but when I try to compose, it is saying I have no friends. Anyway, I have lots of flower patterns I could adapt to the Got Water theme. Thank you for the offer. There is another row by row with watering can and flowers...may wilt the one the can can't reach.
Thanks so much for the you tube site, now I'm going to be in trouble making boxes. I also have some pre-quilted fabric I'd like to get rid of so guess where it's going? Those boxes I think will make good thread catchers by our chairs where we hand sew, will make as quick Xmas gifts foe my quilting friends. Again thanks, Judi
