"Beth, so glad you are here with us for the PhD challenge. I have the privilege of owning the beautiful tote bag you see in the picture above. Riana made it and gave it to me as a present when she visited me.
The quilts that are being…"
"What a great group to belong to! Next stash quilt I will work on is my Pansy Quilt. My daughter, many years ago, had a friend make up a sewing basket as a present for me. I got a piece of fabric with pansy appliques to add to…"
"!st stashbuster for 2020 is done and delivered. I gave it to Maggie's (aged 2) GGM this morning, along with another quilt I had made earlier for her bigger sister. Maggie wanted the baby quilt I had made for her new born…"

"Moving right along today! #14 and #15 are 1 pieced and 1 applique block. Out of the scraps I cut out another pieced block (#16) so I will have 16 blocks all 18 1/2" for my Tulip Twist. So 3 more blocks to go!

If you downloaded the pattern from her blog, it should be a file on your computer and you can just attach the file to an email. Otherwise, if you scan it to your computer, again it will have a file name and can be attached. I'm not in any hurry to start...so many other things to do and my good machine is in the shop. But thank you so much for helping me out!
The "wood grain" quilting sounds interesting, can't wait to see the whole quilt done.Remember l signed up for the free online longarm class? lt said for best results, use a computor ( instead of tablet etc.) , so l closed it, deciding to use computor later. Now it won't come up.l wonder if there was a time limit.l wish l'd taken it on the tablet, even if not as good as on computor.
Smart idea, about the mug rugs...l would never have thought of fabric gluing...l'd have probably gone to snipping/pulling out the poor handwork , washed & redone w/machine. Not likely a" profitable" use of time:)
