Good Saturday afternoon, my quilty friends.  The last couple of days have been much too quiet around here so I thought I would take a breather and look for something fun for those of you who need a much needed break from sewing, quilting, or maybe just getting ready for the holidays.

This is what I found while digging around through blogs.  A Linky Party with all sorts of different ideas for decorating, food, crafts, etc.  I took some time to peruse through a few and I can't wait to have some time to try them.

So

What are you working on?

Me:

Easy Street Part 3 is all cut out and waiting to be sewn.  Think that is my garage/barn project for the evening while honey works on the car.

A holiday wall hanging and decided to change it into a Christmas Card holder.  Came up with the pattern all on my own (I really need a rolling eye emoticon here).  Have all the quilting done, working on the pocket, then just binding, and a hanging sleeve and it will be done!  Wow

Next on the agenda I am going to try to throw together maybe a little lap quilt for one or two of my grand daughters, and I have a Christmas stocking to complete, got my piping so just to create the lining and get going.  Can you believe how fast this month is going?

Have a great rest of the weekend, and don't forget to take some time to reflect what this time of year is really about!
