I remember SOOOOO many years ago when Sunday evenings my dad always called them BBSS...........bread and butter Sunday suppers.   We "foraged" for whatever we could find in the refrigerator  for supper after the hearty Sunday dinner.  I'm retired now and all my days are pretty much my own to do as I wish, but I still enjoy Sunday evenings.  Today was a beautiful day after about a week of rain so that made it an extra special Sunday.   Hope everyone had a nice weekend and had plenty of time to quilt or do whatever they wanted to do.

Now on to another week and hopefully some nicer spring weather.

It has been a beautiful week Ethelda.  I have been enjoying the sunshine even though I am inside.  I get off at 3:30 so plenty of time to enjoy the sun.  We have done a little yard work.  Started on some of the spring plantings, peas, flowers etc.

We do the same thing.  Big mail after church because we get home around 2.  Then a salad, bowl of soup or sandwich for dinner, maybe even a bowl of cereal.

Great memory, Sue. Our family did the same thing and I continued the tradition when we were raising our children. Hubby and I still like to eat Sunday dinner about 2 o'clock. Then snack-out later. lol

It's going to be a beautiful week here. Hope everyone has the same.
