A Christmas quilt for my grandson, Wyatt Zachary Osborn

Is there a boy in there? find the boy among all the stuffed animals and oh yeah, here is his Christmas quilt.  Jamie and Jeff, my daughter and son-in-law, Wyatt's parents, told me they picked out this quilt for him because they thought it was something that would grow with him, not be too young for him as he got older.  I always felt it was a quilt that could stay out all year long, it is not TOO Christmasy!  I am happy to see that it fits his bed as I do not really take into account bed sizes when I make a quilt.

It pleases me tremendously that Jamie and Jeff, and now Wyatt, actually live with the quilts I make for them.  "Road to California" was their wedding quilt and they actually use it on their bed.  It looks like Wyatt will be using his too.  Jamie, her sister, Becky and I all made a Christmas cross stitch quilt together and this was the year it traveled to California for the holiday so it will be gracing Jamie and Jeff's home.  Now that everyone has a Christmas quilt (or two), the cross stitch one may stay home for a few years!  Sorry girls!

One last picture of my precious boy and then back to cleaning house and decorating for the holiday.  I love you, little buddy.  I hope this quilt, which was made by Grammy's hands and heart will keep you as warm as a great big hug from me!

Have a great quilting day!
