Inspiring Quilters, Stitch by Stitch
I am so enjoying the New Year Challenge for 2014. I have been able to finish at least one project a month. The thought of next year has crept in. Seeing my piles of scraps, as some of you may have, and being influenced to join in the Scrappy Quilts Group, Leaders and Enders, my goal for 2015 will be to make 12 scrap quilts. That is one a month. I believe this is doable.
Along with that goal of scrap quilts, finishing 22 kits I have purchased will be a goal as well.
Hello everyone! I just came back here after going through over three years of a major dry spell. I can't believe I ever stopped quilting! I even stopped reading quilt magazines! I went back to school for a couple of years and it took up all of my time. I just hope I can get the bug back! My daughter called Sunday she had to undo her quilt two times and sew on her blocks !
I listend to her and told her how many times I had to redo one strip on her sisters quilt. Then she called back and was really happy it all went together.

everyone-I want to share my happy news----sense sept I went from 137lb to 105lb now. they gave me the news today that all my tests show no CANCER!!!!

It's the end of week four after double knee replacement surgery and things are going pretty well. I am making progress and even getting some sewing done. Thanks, Rogue. He got kind of shiney-eyed when I gave it to him. He wasn't expecting it. And I had been sitting right next to him the night before, binding it.
