It's all done - bound and labeled. I enjoyed the process of this one and am happy I found a great pattern to use these 2 sets of gifted blocks - the T blocks and the bird panels. This goes to my sister, Carolyn, and her husband, Brett.

Thank you, Linda! Those are the colors my sis favors, so it was a given that this should be hers.

Thank you, Beth! Yes, the outer border was a little labor intensive, but I think it was worth it for the final look of the quilt.

It is a beautiful quilt for sure.  I loved quilting it!!!!!  Up close and personal, the work that went into that border is amazing.

Thank you Kathy & Riana! It occurred to me after I wrote this that I did buy the backing. Oops! The top was from scraps.and orphans. Love Bonnie K. Hunter patterns and Smith Mountain Morning was the jumping off point and worked perfectly..

Ginny, this is absolutely fabulous! I love how you took the scraps you had ( you must've had a zillion to chose from) , and compiled the colors specific to each block for such a perfect blend. Putting in those bird blocks was genious! Your sister will love it.
