If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

Baby quilt is all sandwiched and I'm going to quilt it tomorrow.  Top was $5.00 on sale and batting and backing were given to me.

Zoe, your grand niece will love it.The back is so cheerful as well. I suggest red ( same shade as roof) for the binding.

Elizabeth, oh are too soft hearted, lol. Don't hide your efforts from hubby, just carry on. You've made great progress with the PHD... a deviation for a small quick baby quilt may be a fun distraction.

Thank you, Linda.

I searched for a free pattern of the chip and dip pattern and found a tutorial on YouTube.  I'm going to make one.  I saw one made on The Scrappy Girls 0n-line site by Cindy Zink and it was made with white squares and batik rectangles.

Zoe, those 2 children's quilts are so adorable.  You did a great job (along with Beth).

Kitties and Mouse quilt is so cute, Riana.  You did a good job finishing it!  I did something I was not supposed to do.  I told a woman I would make her a Baby Boy Quilt for a shower on Saturday.  I was supposed to say no nicely.  So after sandwiching a quilt this morning.  I prepared the quilt top, batting and backing after lunch.  I haven't told my Hubby yet because he will be angry that I took on too much.  I was thinking of sandwiching it in my sewing room after dinner.

Boy, these are cute quilts, you all have been busy.  Have to catch up on my UFOs (PHDs).  Been cleaning up sewing area as I catch up.  Finished project with my Featherweight & Friends group at the sewing center.  Project this month was quilt as you go placemats, and last month was a hexagon centerpiece.  Just need to add binding to last to placemats.  Will post pictures when finished.  Oldest son and youngest grandson paid us a surprise visit.  They also visited my mom.  No sewing done while they were here.  Was fun to see them.  Off to dentist for mom...she doesn’t understand that at 98+ teeth are well used LOL

Here is the last of the children's quilt's. This one is for a 2yr old great nieceI added 4 pictures of her to the quilt, I added this one last night with her dog.

The backside. I think I will use yellow dots for the binding, but hesitant as it will show dirt more.

Thank you Beth for the wonderful quilting you did !
