If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

You are a good example for us all.  I do have an alphabetized spice drawer, and am trying to teach my library co-workers that there is only one place for each book to belong.

My sewing room is 'clean' every evening, Mary, since it's in a public area next to kitchen.l clear up after every sewing session at home too, so l have a 'fresh start' when l next walk in. So, really, 2 neat sewing areas...l'm sew blessed:)

Riana, are you  leaving a clean sewing room behind?  Not sure that is fair to the rest of us, who have only one messy one.

Counted UFO/WIP's ---"only"  ten things going...but nothing within sight of completion.  And I haven't even read the directions on my Christmas present air brush set.  What if they ask how I like it??

Very nice, Riana.  Your sewing group down south will miss you when you go home.

Wonderful!  It feels good to get orphan blocks into a quilt.  They finally have a home and friends to play with.  Good job Riana.

My last project for sewing group, using orphan blocks.

Our one night honeymoon was in La Jolla.  But High School was Newport/Huntington area...with long boards for the guys.  Now the HS actually has a zero hour P.E. for the surfers.

Rogue, I grew up on the beach in San Diego, Pacific Beach / La Jolla / Mission Blvd / Mission Beach were my playground from boardwalk to tidepools ... and I left .. stupid stupid stupid ...

This is my mom Charlotte (l), her mom Laura (c), and sister Pat .. all now deceased.  My cousin has been doing some genealogy and found that Gramma's husband in the early 40s left her and remarried .. and has found that other family and all these family photos .. My mom passed in 1989 @ 52, Pat a few years back, and Gramma was 'off' .. she was a great photographer so a lot of pics were taken we just don't know where they are ..
