UFOs

If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

Riana, I see the little frog I put by your garden wall....and I know the other row, too. Can't wait!

Slightly overwhelmed by my hostess, Beth, at lunchtime. Had a wonderful lunch, played in her fabric, which she really doesn't need my input - she does beautifully on her own, and she was very generous from her trip south. Such a jewel!

Of course I am interested.  I sent you a friend request.  Once you accept me we may chat and exchange further information.

Beth, so do you really quilt for money--food I can make but not sure it would arrive edible. I have not contacted the girl who has done mine in the past, let me know if you mean it and what your cost is. The top turned out to be about 81x98...it grew! I had no plans to make it this big.

Yep, donuts work as well, but they need to be homemade. (Snicker)

That is looking like lots of fun Riana.  Think I recognize that quilt and where those pieces are.

Beth , Thank you.

My nephew and I made the blocks together.

I pay to get it quilted...I think I still have someone I can take this to, does anyone on here quilt for money?

Welcome Carol! You'll find so much support and friendship here on MQP,and we will cheer you on with each finished UFO. It will also inspire us to finish some of ours! HA!

So glad to hear another WWWWRR member is finishing her quilt, Riana! Yours is the only vertical setting and I am excited to see what you do with it!

Mary, did you post yours?! Guess I should check back through pages, but I am lazy! I'll visit your page.
