If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

Riana,  She might not realize it yet, but she will know many years from now just how special her grandma is. I think about how many things my grandmother made for me, most I still have. This dress is so pretty !

Just came in from our walk outside!  I'm sewing Block 14 of the LBQ quiltalong.

Riana, the dress is so darling. I love it. Would also love to see her dancing in her cake. As a kid that was something that I would have fun with. I had a friend I went to Kindergarden with who had a box of clothes in her garage that we'd dress up in and and swirl around like we were Mexican dancers.

Wilma, Great Job for helping out the USA fight the virus.

Here is the little poke bonnet l made this morning to match. A final insection on hanger / ceiling hook to inspect for stray threads. Now on it's way to California! It " should" arrive Friday, but no guarantees of speed, so could be following Monday. Keeping fingers crossed it arrives ok. No " signature" requests possible these days. Yes, l'm hoping for a photo of her dancing in it too :-))

God Bless you, Wilma, and your generosity! The same goes to all of you who continue to sew masks for others! We WILL get through this alone together!

Riana, it's a masterpiece! I hope we'll see a photo with Erika wearing it!

Wilma, I think that you deserve a gold medal for making so many masks!  Just think how many people you have helped stay safe.

Riana, the birthday cake dress for Erika is beyond sweet and cute!  I hope that we get to see a photo of her in her dress.

Oh, Riana! This is just so fun! I hope they can video her dancing in it for you to see!

Riana, that is just adorable...she will love it.

I am finished with masks for now (170 masks done).  Going to try and play catch up with my PHDs and the Farm Girl Vintage 2 quilt.  Will also try to finish up the borders on Winter Memories and take it to quilter.

finished little Erika's " birthday cake" dress. My daughter has a hoola hoop, so l'll just send the dress ,bolero, and family's masks. She'll have fun dancing and bouncing around in it, l'm sure. She's just so excited it's finally finished. Hopefully the lnternational parcel post won't take too long.
