If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

Liz, you sure put that together in good time...l guess it helps that you didn't put 2,000 scrap patches on the back, lol.

Linda, l think you should get doc or nurse to get you some earplugs. They won't stop the cacaphony, but will at least lower the volume. That place sounds like a looney bin. Get out'a Dodge ASAP!

Good news Linda!  Hope the week goes quickly.

Perhaps Elizabeth could send and elephant to guard your door.  Wasn't I talking about doing and elephant quilt years ago?  Hmmm.

Linda, I think you need to get home safe and sound and inspite of the roomers that fly, put a DO NOT DISTURB sign on your door, until you get good and rested and pain free.

Elizabeth, Just love this Elmer the Elephant Baby Quilt. It is super adorable.

I was able to change rooms last weekend when I had an asthma attack from all the Rose's her husband brought in and then she sprayed perfume. Yesterday when I was out of the facility my pain level was almost nonexistent,  but when I got back by midnight my pain level was very high again. I told the doctor it was because this place stresses me. I keep tensing up. I have a new roommate who sleeps with the tv on all I don't sleep. There's someone else down the hall who does the same thing with the  volume full blast. Then there's another patient who screams 24.7. I need out of here!!!!

Way to go, Linda, I knew you would be out of there soon.  Or did the roommate situation get to be too much?  Either way, I am glad to hear you will be going home.  How is your pain?   Hope you are back to your old self in no time.  Let me know what else you need me to do with the SSsisters.  I haven't gotten any more questionnaires, but hopefully they get sent soon.  March is right around the corner.

Good news! I go home March 5, possibly sooner.  Bad news is I won't be able to have Indy home for a couple months. There will be occupational therapy and I have to get  back on track with the kidney doctor. Then there's still the cataract surgeries to think about. Indy is doing very well with his foster family. They assure me he is welcome there as long as necessary. He's in Scottsdale so not too far away.

Mary, I belong to several caretaker groups, some of the ideas they have a good, or just hearing that someone else has it worst is good too. Quick cash... I am not sure about. However, if you need to locate resource you can call 211 or go online and put in 211 and you might find some more help for you or your hubby.
