If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

Congratulations Elizabeth.  That is awesome.  My 20th anniversary is tomorrow.  We don't get to go out or anything, but will enjoy each other's company.  Now that chocolate desserts does sound good.  Hmmmmm do I dare break that diet?  You are twisting my arm Elizabeth.

Hi Everyone,

Happy Valentine's Day!

Love your Wilderness Quilt, Beth.  Pieced sashing looks great. It's a nice addition to remember.  Adds to the creativity of the quilt.  Just a little more special.

Today is my Wedding Anniversary and Doug and I are going out to the slots.  The restaurant is having a Prime Ribs special tonight.  Lots of chocolate desserts.  I may play a bit.

Quilted this morning in the party room of the condo after aquafitness.  Lots of laughter at both events.  Life can be fun!

I finally am getting to post a couple of photos of finished projects that were done this month.  I will post the wilderness one just because it is almost done and may forget to post the photo on here.  Husband laid out the blocks on the wilderness.  I like that I pieced the sashing with left overs from another quilt project.  The five full applique blocks are what I got anal with and decided that I had to out do everyone in the block exchange.  Love how they were fought over.  Good think I kept some for myself.

Thanks, Deanna. Mystery solved. My tablet has just the box line, but on my LAPTOP there is everything you described.Happy Valentines Day.

Rianna .. I have the same 'box' you describe... if you move your mouse UP to the top of that box, is it just an outline or is there something else there ?  We should all have the same comment box in our groups ..

Hi Deanna,
My comment box is rectangle outlined in grey that outlines in blue while I 'm typing. Below is the "stop following "on left and grey"add comment on right".Nothing else other than rest of page with others comments below and information box plus My QuiltPlace headers along top(home, quilters, forum etc.) That's it.Thanks.

Deanna, yours must present differently from mine,'cause there's nothing above the word "comment".The grey line above the word "does" nothing, nor does anything appear near the "add comment" box. Anyone else having this problem? I'm such a computor newbie, and right now I'm using a tablet.

You can do it Diane.  I know you can.  It is only a simple task.  Enjoy the ride in the completion of the project.  It is going to look so lovely.

@Rianna .. yes .. above the comment box is the bar from which to make changes to your text.. the 2nd box is 'image'. Make sure any image you upload is small, 72 pixels, so resize any pic you are going to upload first, then hit the button and add the image from your computer .. then make any text insertion :>

Deanna, your niece will always treasure her lovely quilt. Can't think of a better way to welcome her home. Isn't it amazing what Med. Science can do these days! P.S. how do you post photo on the "comment" box?
