If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

Hi Bette, welcome.  I lived in the Seattle area for 25 years before moving to Oregon.  Hope you find all your sewing things.

Have I got ufo's.  At the moment I'm making Easter Baskets for 14 great grandchildren but I plan to start quilting as soon as they are done,

I'm new to NC having just moved here from the Seattle area.  I'm still trying to find my sewing stuff but it's coming along.  I'm retired from my old job but not from sewing and quilting,  I'll leave the rest for anyone who wants to know anything about me.  I love to share and love new friends.

Raining here .. and has been since Wed pm .. need to build an arc  lol

Linda .. prayers for a solution and clean bill of health so you live as you want .. with Indy !!

I actually cleaned my sewing room last night, floor up .. need to get some dusting done UNDER the table to make sure the spiders haven't moved in .. made me feel better anyway.  Got a bit of sewing done for a couple hours and tonight, will tackle it again ..

Tomorrow is cut and kit for QOV deciding what new designs to do .. don't want to do more of the same we have been doing.  We have six requests from National for our area and we have six in progress ready to be quilted so possibly by Easter they will be ready for presentation.  So we need to plan some more to possibly have an inventory.  And use up this darn fabric so we can buy better fabric ~~

Sewing feels good .. but the metal in my foot hurts today .. I think three days of rain is making it ache  ..

Keep stitching ~

Quick peak at the beautiful spaces to quilt in, the Lady of Lake quilt coming along, and the progress on Dee's quilt.  Wow, wish my space was so organized.  Although since I have friends coming over to sew tomorrow, I have had to organize my chaos and now have spaces for five people to work in.  Hubby is going to be over run.  I even cleaned and vaccumed the longarm garage area so there is cleanliness out there since I was busy at it.

The quilt is looking so pretty Rhiana and I think those helpers are adorable.  I know my little girl just sits on my feet while I am using the sewing machine and tears up her toys.  Had to fix a few this morning and it so cute with her little head on my lap while I am sewing on her toys.  Quite the site for sure when they help.

Glad to hear from you Linda.  Keep getting better and working thru things.  Quilting is such a stress releaser.

Rogue, long time no hear from, or so it seems.  Glad you are doing better and looking forward to this warmer weather.

Lots to catch up on!

Linda - continued prayers in your struggles for safe independence!  And for Indy to be by your side!

Dee your quilt is coming along beautiful!  I am sure you are excited about getting it home!

Elizabeth - love your storage set up!  My books and magazines give me the biggest storage hassle!

Riana - love the Lady of the Lake your working on.  It will be beautiful when you get it done!

It sounds like most of us over the years have found some method to organize our chaos no matter what the space size we get to sew in!  As long as we keep sewing....right?!

Thank you, Linda.  I'm really bad when it comes to UFOs.  I have so many!  I'm trying hard to finish some.

Your Lady in the Lake blocks are lovely.  And you have a good system in place to  make continual progress.

Hi Riana,

You make me want to buy some new fabric too.  I need to refresh my stash soon - but I'll hold out a little longer.  I'm still making pieced 12 1/2" squares for backings.
