UFOs

If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

Welcome, Pjam.  This is a great group of quilters.  They are fun and encouraging.

Since I grabbed a few minutes this am to be on computer, very busy at office and now have a cold, I vote for Three or Four.  I like those two.

pjam - i use ipad & frequently have issues w the "add comment" thing not working. what i do ... do the touch screen thing to "select all" then select "copy". after you have saved your comment, refresh the page you are trying to add a comment to. then paste your saved comment into the comment box again and hit the "add comment" button again. this has worked every time. on a pc or laptop do what needed w mouse and right click options as opposed to my directions for a touch screen.

BTW sorry Ginny forgot to answer you...sorry.  My name is ALMOST pronounced like Pyum, but with the vowel a little more like the "a" in Mark...hope that helps

Mary, i tried to answer you earlier, but had a subbornly refusing "add comment" button.

I'm  honoured that you would ask a total newbie to the group for her opinion, but since I won't be breaking any ties no matter what I vote for, my vote is for the top pic,  because the dark creates a sort of path diagonally across the quilt, rather than + signs appearing in the other 3 pics.

I think you may have hit crt + "b" instead of shift + b on the keyboard.  My commisserations on your frustration with the keyboard !!

heeheehee ..laptop mary? i really thought "yaaayyy!!!" when son told me he was refurbishing one for me. thought ..great now i can post pics anywhere i want, use the editor for typing ..all the fun things i can do on a pc, but while sitting in recliner, sipping tea, watching the river flow by, the eagles soar by at deck level & most importantly one or more furry loves curled up, keeping me company. oh well ...i just need to remember i am building really really strong fingers from beating on the silly thing.
