If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

I enlarged the ballerina on the screen and I don't know if it is a mouse.  It could be a Quokka - the happiest animal in the world - a little marsupial that only inhabits a little part of Australia.  So that is what I think, Riana!

I have been thinking about making a quilt with quokkas on it.  They always have a smile.  The cartoon images are on the computer.  If you design some blocks, I'll make the blocks and we'll be famous for an original quilt design.

Wilma, you seem to be doing well.  I'm progressing well with LBQ.  I got the 8 blocks done for Day 4.  And I'm taking Hubby out for a walk after lunch.  Our son told us yesterday we must do some exercise.  I thought I was doing enough with the housework I'm doing.  But I really don't do much cleaning.  It's not fun! LOL

HaHa, TP and Kleenex are the big topics on many sites....hard to find in most places.  Did some shopping yesterday and dropped off some snacks at mom’s memory care place.  Brought the lavender oil into kitchen and the list of testing protocols into kitchen.  Hubby and I smell the lavender far smeller is good.  We also take a deep breath and hold for 10 sec, so far no chocking etc.  M-W-F disinfect and vacuum and do all towels.  Of course the hands are suffering from all the washing off to the sewing area to work on LBQ and one of my PHDs...stay healthy and safe.

I'm transferring over to my Bernina today.  It is hard to stay current with LBQ.  8 blocks are hard to do in 1 day.  I just picked my colour recipe and then go to my stash every day to select what I need.  I have 4 batts now and 5 more Aurifil threads.  So I can keep going for a while.  Although I'm running out of TP and Kleenex! LOL

Today l get to sew , as all unpacking / cleaning ,even laundry's all caught up.So my first priority is an hour on my grandd's quilt. Then after a break, l'm selecting my fabrics from stash for the LBQ ( my new shorthand for ' laundry basket quiltalong" :-))

Elizabeth, I am also doing the Laundry Basket quilt.  Still waiting for my 2 quilts back from quilter, and too stressed about mom’s situation, picked this up.  I am playing catch up now as I was sidetracked by making the masks.  I have 4 more to go and I will have finished 20 of the 1000 requested.  Our sewing club president will run them down on Friday...there were lots of helpers.  Also made 2 for my neighbor and sister and sent 1 to a friend in CA, and a couple for my hubby and me...these were before the hospital request.
