If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

Liz, I have found that there are always a few that are attending just for the entertainment.  My guild when I lived in Florida was a very large one, usually 75 or so attended our day meetings.  There was one gal who had belonged for many years,we discovered that for the last 7 or 8 years she didn't pay her dues, she just showed up, we were all so used to seeing her that we didn't even realize it.  She got all the perks for free, reduced class prices, special events, Christmas parties and trips.  She was just there for the entertainment and did very little if any of the work.  Your not a finicky old lady, it is very annoying when your all there for a specific purpose and others are spectators.

Barbara, I was a little upset but tried not to show it in the photo.  2 people showed up with nothing and did nothing, not even help the people who were sewing with the ironing.  And they just disturbed 2 sewers who did nothing but talk to them.  Then, they all went out to the pub for a long lunch and just got back in time to pack up and go home.  Margaret and I and a few other sewers did all the work.  We made enough blocks for 1 1/2 quilts.I regained my good mood when they left for lunch and had a nice time after all.  I'm getting to be a finicky old lady! Haha!

I echo Elizabeth, RIana. I am always amazed how you put together a theme and it comes together so perfectly. Super job.

Everyone loves your work, Riana.  I'm always amazed how you get a theme going in your improv quilts.

Riana, LOVE the quilt - the Hungry Caterpillar was one of my daughter's favorites and the fabric is so bright and cheery.
